However, where it might have more appeal is for those new to the world of computer music creation. The all-in-one format ought to appeal and, as a sample library, PSP would represent a considerable sonic step up from the vast majority of GM-based soundcards, for those that could not stretch to the price of something like Colossus. PSP might also appeal to those looking for a simple sound-source solution for use with a laptop in a live context.
